Embracing a New Chapter in Our Luxury Hotel Portfolio

Based on guest feedback and our dedication to providing excellent experiences, we are proud to announce some changes to our group portfolio, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
Both The Tower Hotel and Royal Horseguards Hotel will move away from Guoman; this is a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and services to our valued guests.

The iconic Tower Hotel has transitioned to our much-loved Thistle Hotels brand, whilst The Royal Horseguards Hotel, a British icon in its own right, will have an individual website, perfect for the luxurious and history-rich property that it is. The Cumberland remains unchanged for the time being.

What does this mean for me?
Rest assured, any existing or future visits will be unaffected, and the bars and restaurants at The Tower, Royal Horseguards, and The Cumberland, will continue to offer the same exceptional drinking, dining and entertainment, as normal. Whether you’re enjoying a delicious meal or an after-work drink, you can expect the same excellence that you’ve come to know and love.
