In line with our dedication to delivering the best customer experiences, we have made the decision to retire the Guoman brand, moving our three hotels – The Cumberland, The Royal Horseguards, and The Tower – to new websites reflective of their individual personalities. The Tower Hotel has transitioned to Thistle Hotels as a flagship property, whilst The Royal Horseguards now has a standalone site, dedicated to the grandeur of the hotel. As of 2025, we are excited to announce that The Cumberland Hotel also has its own standalone website – fresh, bold, and vibrant – just like the hotel itself.
